Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of mental health settings (such as within the community, in the voluntary sector, in NHS Primary care and Higher education) and this has enabled me to help clients struggling with a range of difficulties which includes, but are not limited to: -Anxiety -Depression -Stress -Trauma/ PTSD -Low Self-Esteem -Obsessive Compulsive Disorder -Historical Abuse -Panic Disorder -Body Dysmorphic Disorder -Specific Phobias -Social Anxiety.

I like to work in a collaborative and client-centred way, and one of the most important things is finding a way to gain a deeper and shared understanding of your situation and problems.
